RETURN POLICY:
All of our dresses are hand-made and made to order. We believe that our dresses must be special to our customers. It means that we only send brand-new dresses to our customers. You will be the first person who will see and touch it. Made-to-order items are all final sale. They are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept returns/exchange on our dresses (both wedding and occasion dresses). Please double check your measurements and sizes before ordering. And please contact us if you need help about sizing.
On the other hand, please contact us via E-mail or WhatsApp if you experience any problem with your order. We are always here to do our best to help you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All our items are made-to-order, including standard size items, with this in mind, please refer to our cancellation policy below:
- Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 1 day.
- Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
- Cancel order 24–48 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
- After 48 hours of your order, it cannot be cancelled.
