No Returns: A Commitment to Perfection

All of our dresses are hand-made and made to order.  Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order dresses, we regret that we cannot accept returns. This allows us to focus on delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship, ensuring your gown meets your highest expectations. We understand this is a significant investment, and that's why we offer exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. 

Made-to-order items are all final sale. They are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.  Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept returns/exchange on our wedding and occasion dresses.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All our items are made-to-order, including standard size items, with this in mind, please refer to our cancellation policy below:

  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 1 day.
  • Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • Cancel order 24–48 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
  • After 48 hours of your order, it cannot be cancelled.
